Ms. Biernacki prides herself in considering the client’s desires and needs in any given dispute and communicating effectively with the client.

She has a particular interest in the handling family law, criminal law and insurance disputes.

Prior to practicing law Ms. Biernacki held vital roles in Records Management at prominent Bay Area law firms, she has a thorough understanding of the importance of client documents and their relevancy to the issues in dispute in a given case. Early in her career Ms. Biernacki has gained experience as trial counsel in consumer debt dispute actions and has successful appealed cases against HMO insurer’s denying medical treatment valued at over 1 million dollars.
